Requirements

You have 4+ years of various construction experience.
You are a technical expert in many construction areas with a desire to lead, coach, and mentor teams.
You are proficient in various residential construction areas with the desire to learn more specialized skills.
You enjoy training and enforcing a positive, high paced environment within your team.
You are comfortable with heights (using/safely climbing a ladder) and crawl spaces and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience with leading, coaching, and mentoring teams a plus.
