About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• FAA Airframe Certification required.
• Minimum of three years experience in heavy commercial maintenance.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians and specialists in aircraft maintenance.
• Train and assist mechanics in proper work procedures and practices.
• Prioritize daily work requirements and assign tasks to qualified personnel.
• Provide technical assistance to ensure high-quality maintenance.
• Indoctrinate new personnel in safety precautions and quality standards.
• Monitor progress of daily tasks and document any issues.
• Collaborate with customers to discuss workflow and resolve concerns.
• Ensure all maintenance is performed and recorded according to regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and reinforce safety policies.
• Utilize a computer to research technical data and parts requirements.
