About The Position
Auntie Anne's Food Truck – Crew Member & Shift Leader Auntie Anne’s is known for our homemade, freshly baked, golden-brown soft pretzels served with a smile! Responsible for prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and lemonade. Greets customers and takes orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner. Works collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and fast-paced environment. SHIFT LEADER (Ages 18+) The Shift Leader directs operations in the absence of the General/Assistant Manager to maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, and safety. Supervises the team, monitors breaks, and manages scheduling/overtime. Assists with training and developing new employees. Ensures all products meet Auntie Anne’s quality standards.
