About The Position
Jackson Cross Partners seeks an Intern to assist the Corporate Real Estate Services department and its business development efforts. About Jackson Cross Partners Founded in 2003, the locally based Jackson Cross Partners is a commercial real estate brokerage firm. Our key focus is to optimize the performance of our client’s real estate portfolio through smart real estate solutions that address the client organization’s critical real estate challenges. We do this through a unique combination of multi-disciplined real estate analysis and expert execution, turning real estate into a value creator for Fortune 100 and middle-market companies around the country and the world.
Requirements
- Sophomore, Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance or related field
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is preferred
- Ability to work in the office for the fall semester
- An interest in Commercial Real Estate as a career field
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with the flexibility to shift focus often
- Willingness to ask questions and share ideas
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills preferred
- Strong math, analytical and research skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
Responsibilities
- Support Business Development Program:
- Research potential Business Development targets, based on specific criteria using tools like ZoomInfo, CoStar, Apollo, etc.
- Create email and address contact lists
- Facilitate email and postal outreach targets
- Track responses and engagement metrics from email/postal outreach and coordinate follow up
- Maintain and update CRM systems with outreach activity and prospect data
- Assist in collateral creation for the business development program
- Assist with preparing for business development meetings (e.g. agendas, briefing notes)
- Compile competitor research for internal use and strategic planning
- Assist in creation of social media content, including ride alongs with brokers, video recordings and event photographs as needed
- Update the business development contact list
