The Cremeria Clerk's role is to assist and support the Cremeria Department -- by providing a high level of customer service and practicing safe food handling procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1+ years meat department experience

Responsibilities

• Ensures cremeria products are sliced and available.
• Product pricing.
• Ensures product's quality, protections, accuracy, and proper rotation in coolers.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Ensures great customer service.
• Keeps cremeria displays clean and presentable.
• Stores cleaning supplies properly.
• Advertises department products.
• Responsible for receiving, unloading, stocking, filling, and rotating merchandise.
• Verifies cases, coolers, and refrigerators temperatures.
• Other duties as assigned.
