About The Position
The Creeler is responsible for their part in the turf manufacturing process. This role involves loading and unloading cones of yarn from the creel rack, tying cones of yarn on the creel rack for manufacturing, counting and packaging finished yarn lots, and assisting the machine operator and mender with tasks requiring two or more people. The Creeler is also responsible for maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area and will be assigned additional duties as needed. This position requires physical stamina and endurance, involving standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving heavy materials throughout the shift, with comprehensive safety protocols in place to ensure employee health and well-being.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- To load and unload cones of yarn from the creel rack
- Tying cones of yarn on the creel rack for manufacturing

- Assist the machine operator and mender with any work that requires two or more people to complete
- To maintain a clean and clutter free work area
- Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed
