About The Position

Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards. Reviews loan submissions for credit judgment and credit worthiness, documentation, ability to pay calculations, loan to value calculations and other functions relating to the credit decision process of the field network. Handles resubmissions on amended loan request, respond to phone inquires regarding decisions made, policy questions and aid in training various visitors that come to Home Office Credit. Approves subordination agreements Other duties as assigned

Requirements
