Requirements

• 0-3 years work experience post bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, customer service driven company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with high emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Credit Trainee program designed to accelerate your career in credit.
• Engage in various operations of the business including time in the warehouse, on the sales counter, and shadowing delivery drivers.
• Learn the technical aspects of the extension of trade credit.
• Build customer relationships and understand the sales process.
• Manage collections and customer relations.
