About The Position

The Credit Support associate plays a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support to branch officers and customers at the Dairy & Livestock branch in Chino, CA. This position is essential for meeting the secretarial needs of the branch and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; minimum of one year experience as a teller in a financial institution.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Comply with and stay abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
• Demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of the Bank's established policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, business-like appearance and manner at all times, including neatness of the work area.
• Consult with customers and prospects to identify products and services that will meet their financial objectives.
• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
• May be involved in customer calls at the customer's place of business.
• Prepare, process, organize and assemble loan documentation.
• Obtain credit information from various sources.
• Ensure proper documentation requirements are met for all accounts maintained by the Center.
• Timely and accurate completion of all required monthly reports.
• Provide consistent, prompt, efficient, and professional customer service.
