Responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with potential and existing auto customers; investigate and ensure due diligence.
• Interact with dealers, external customers, and internal departments within Chase.
• Conduct employment and insurance verification.
• Investigate and verify pertinent loan information.
• Perform application rekeys to identify and correct application submission errors.
• Meet or exceed quality control audits.
• Participate in the document retention process.
