About The Position
The Credit Solutions Advisor (CSA) at Soarion Credit Union is responsible for resolving delinquency on various loan types, including consumer and indirect loans, credit cards, mortgage loans, and overdraft share accounts. The role involves collection activities, assisting members with loan issues, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. The CSA will also provide support to the Director of Credit Solutions & Recovery Strategies and maintain a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders.
