About The Position

Kwik Trip’s Credit Department is seeking a customer-focused Credit Service Representative to support our internal card programs and provide outstanding service to our non-cash customers and store coworkers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and enjoys solving problems with a personal touch.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in credit services, customer support, or a related field
  • Familiarity with AS400 and Microsoft Office products
  • Basic understanding of accounting and credit card terminology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled in using office equipment (fax, copier, scanner, calculator)
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for credit-related inquiries via phone
  • Assist customers and coworkers with issues involving Kwik Trip’s internal card programs
  • Process Kwik Card payments, account adjustments, and updates
  • Print and mail cards as needed
  • Train new team members on department procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate records
  • Support department deadlines and service goals
