About the position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of asset-based loan facilities. This role involves processing, analyzing, and evaluating daily client activity, monitoring the receipt of client reports, and reviewing the content for any irregularities or discrepancies. The representative will follow up with clients and Loan Officers as necessary. Additionally, the role includes reconciling client Accounts Receivable agings, performing ineligible calculations for Accounts Receivable and Inventory collateral accurately and in compliance with Loan Servicing Standards. The representative will also process loan and collateral transactions, monitor Libor loans, reconcile Letter of Credit Information, and ensure that interest and fees align with maturity and due dates. Preparing and verifying Participation principal, interest, and fee settlements, as well as reviewing loan documentation, are also key responsibilities. The representative will perform assigned functions and tasks within the team.
