About The Position

An Intern in the Credit Services Department will have the opportunity to work with experienced staff members while assisting in providing credit information to Bankers and Management. The Intern will assist with loan portfolio monitoring activities and provide general support to Bankers in the form of project assistance and/or administrative enhancements. There is a high potential of working with various departments within the Bank.

Requirements

  • Possess intermediate PC skills.
  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excel and Word proficiency and the ability to multi-task are required.
  • Applicants should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education.

Responsibilities

  • Review loan files to determine eligibility for pledging to the Federal Home Loan Bank.
  • Assist with the annual review process of the Bank’s Corporate Card program.
  • Assist Credit Services Manager and Chief Credit Officer with special projects to be determined.
