About The Position

As a Credit Risk Modeler at CNH Industrial, you will be part of the Global Risk Modeling & Analytics team within CNH Industrial Financial Services. This role involves applying machine learning techniques to develop and implement credit risk models, managing and analyzing data sets, and collaborating with stakeholders to provide data-driven solutions. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work on various risk-centric projects across different regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a quantitative discipline or related fields (e.g. Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering).
• 1+ years' experience in data querying and dashboard development.
• 1+ years' experience working in Azure Databricks and/or SAS.
• 1+ years' experience in delivering information to business stakeholders through quantitative methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years' experience working with statistics, credit modeling, data analytics, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in Power BI Development.
• Programming knowledge (R, Python, SAS, VB).
• Background working in financial services credit or collections.

Responsibilities

• Apply Machine Learning (ML) techniques on big data to develop, refine and implement retail/commercial lending models.
• Provide data-driven solutions to stakeholders within the business using various digital tools available within CNH Capital.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of business situations, systems, issues, and problems.
• Work with IT to create/improve structured data and perform data maintenance.
• Assess tools/data purchased to support risk management and tools used by outside vendors.
• Provide and present the results of analyses in high-quality formats for management and audit reviews.
• Document and maintain all procedures and model steps.
• Validate and monitor risk tools and their application in underwriting and collections.
