The Credit Risk – Change Management & Intake, Vice President, serves as a strategic individual contributor responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, and execution of credit risk–related changes across the USCC organization. This role ensures that all initiatives align with profitability objectives, regulatory expectations, and strong risk management disciplines. The VP drives operational excellence by managing control breaks, supporting critical business-as-usual (BAU) processes, and ensuring that changes impacting credit risk strategy are delivered with rigor, transparency, and efficiency. This position requires strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills to influence stakeholders across risk, operations, technology, compliance, and finance. The individual will ensure changes are governed effectively, risks are mitigated, and outcomes support both financial and risk discipline goals.
