About The Position

Under the direction of the Credit Review Director, perform credit review of agricultural, commercial, consumer and real estate loans to assess credit quality, the reasonableness of the risk ratings assigned and the level of adherence to sound lending practices and to the Bank's loan policy and underwriting procedures. Position requires approximately 40-50% travel, including overnight travel. Knowledge of financial statement and cash flow analysis is necessary for job success. Well developed interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality is critical.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Five years credit review or commercial/agricultural lending experience.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access or related software.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to provide information in concise verbal and written formats.
