This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are: Ready to run Hungry and driven by urgency Exceptional at what they do, with low ego Comfortable operating in motion The Role As a member of the analytics team, you will bring order to vast amounts of internal and external data so OnePay can make better data-driven credit decisions, faster. You will own cross-product credit analytics and recommendations across OnePay’s product suite, including credit card, point-of-sale/after-purchase financing, and cash advance, identifying signals unique to each program and ones that span the OnePay ecosystem. You will work cross-functionally to define the problem at-hand, create a framework to break it down, and leverage data to drive underwriting and portfolio strategies that create a better experience for our customers and advance business goals. To be successful, you’ll need a passion for solving complex problems inherent to fintech and consumer risk, an eager-mentality to accelerate our robust customer growth, and an owner mindset in managing our portfolio performance metrics. You understand credit risk analysis is more than just data: you take a comprehensive point-of-view that balances growth, losses, customer impact, and operational realities.
