Works to achieve branch's identified profitability goals by increasing the existing Book of Business: Contacts prospect/clients to establish new bank relationships through the selling of appropriate bank products. Contacts current clients to retain and expand present bank relationships by cross-selling bank products. Directs sales activities of branch sales force: Conducts daily sales meeting. Actively sells Westamerica's bank products/services. Monitors results of sales activities as outlined in current WAB Sales Culture Booklet. Represents the bank in various civic and community activities in an effort to enhance the Bank's image and attract new business. Reviews delinquent loans and implements appropriate action to help correct situation.
Requirements
- Commercial Lending experience
- Underwriting experience
