Meals & Housing provided at $19.50 per day. Are you an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional seeking a rewarding opportunity in the hospitality industry? Look no further! Join our team as a Credit Manager and play a pivotal role in overseeing our credit and collections operations. In this role, you will bring your expertise and enthusiasm to ensure timely collections, manage credit risk, and support the financial health of our organization. Summary: Oversee all aspects of the credit and collections function, billing, and payment processing Collaborate with sales, front office, and group reservations teams to ensure accurate billing and adherence to credit policies Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on delinquent accounts to maintain healthy cash flow Resolve guest and client billing discrepancies in a professional and timely manner Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment Prepare reports on credit exposure, collections performance, and aging trends for leadership review Coordinate with external partners as needed, including auditors Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit management to continuously improve processes Join our team as a Credit Manager and make a significant impact on our financial success.
