The Credit Manager is responsible for the Credit and Receivable operations of the resort and at all times ensures the hotel's service and accounting standards are met. The role involves leading and managing the day-to-day activity of the Credit Department, ensuring adherence to credit policies, handling billing and collection processes, and maintaining financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures. The Credit Manager will also be responsible for monitoring Accounts Receivables, preparing invoices, and resolving guest billing issues.
