About The Position
F&M Trust is seeking a Credit Department Manager to join the Commercial Loan Administration department of our growing bank, which has experienced record commercial loan growth while maintaining pristine credit quality. Reporting to the Commercial Loan Administration Manager, this individual will be primarily responsible for managing the credit analysis and underwriting process for commercial customers to ensure proper quality, responsiveness, and control procedures. This individual will lead and mentor a team of commercial credit analysts and a credit department support specialist. Additionally, the successful candidate will collaborate with Commercial Lenders in the processing of loan submission packages, monitor the process of requesting and receiving financial information and credit inquiries, prepare reports, attend committees, etc. The home office location for this individual will be at the Bank's corporate headquarters located at 1500 Nitterhouse Drive, Chambersburg, PA, or the Bank's regional headquarters located at 4050 Crums Mill Road, Harrisburg, PA. Some travel to the opposite headquarters is necessary to ensure sufficient exposure to the full team on a regular basis. A hybrid working arrangement is available.
