The Analyst I, Credit Contract is responsible for managing credit-related contractual agreements and relationships within the ACV Capital organization. This role drafts, reviews, and finalizes contracts tied to credit lines established between ACV Capital and customers. The Analyst I, Credit Contract ensures contracts and documents are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements in order to mitigate risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ contracting-related role within the finance or legal industry
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the floorplan finance industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare and review various contracts and agreements, including but not limited to, loan agreements and repayment schedules.
  • Ensure that all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract database to track contract status, expiration dates, and renewals.
  • Monitor and enforce contract compliance, ensuring that all parties meet their obligations.
  • Resolve contract-related disputes or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify potential risks associated with contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with internal legal counsel when necessary to ensure compliance and accuracy of contract(s).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
