About The Position

East West Bank is looking for a Credit Card Operations Specialist. The Credit Card Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both cardholders and internal customers. The individual will also conduct simple general ledger reconciliation/settlement tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
• Basic accounting principles
• Ability and desire to provide excellent Customer Service
• Strong communication skills
• Financial institution or related field experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required (Excel, Word)

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the Bank's card landscape
• Research customer inquiries/issues about their card product(s)
• Provide excellent customer service to both cardholders and internal customers
• Conduct simple general ledger reconciliation/settlement tasks
• Review bankcard applications for data entry
• Maintain accurate card logs and adhoc reporting
• Provide assistance in other Credit Card Ops tasks as required
• May perform other duties as assigned
