About The Position

First Security Bank is seeking a professional, energetic and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Card Clerk! In this role, you will support the Credit Card, Reports, and Payment Desk with daily operations while developing product knowledge to help mitigate financial risk and protect customer experience. This position requires on-stie work.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED is required
1 - 2 years' experience or equivalent years of relevant work experience preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, 10-key, and internet navigation required
Commitment to demonstrate Core 5 values with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

Process and order approved credit card applications and increases
Respond to incoming emails from 8:00am - 11:00am
Resolve items on Fiserv reject reports
Handle Fiserv back-office requests they cannot complete
Review and correct address-change reports
Respond to incoming emails from 11:00am - 2:00pm
Correct rejected payment stubs
Process mailed payments and internet banking payment files
Respond to incoming emails from 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Demonstrate working knowledge of First Security's credit card policies to educate clients and verify application accuracy.
Maintain strict confidentiality to protect customer information and bank operations.
Operate computer software and equipment, telephone, scanner, copier, and develop proficiency with internal banking systems.
Maintain a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, punctual attendance, and the ability to work on-site with occasional extended hours when necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
