About The Position

The Credit Analyst at Toyota Financial Services (TFS) plays a crucial role in analyzing and making determinations on retail and lease credit applications from automotive dealerships. This position is essential for maintaining high-quality customer service and strong relationships with dealership personnel, while supporting the objectives of the Dealer Service Center (DSC).

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in automotive retail and/or wholesale financing.
• Experience in retail credit, collections, dealership financial statements, or wholesale.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8am and 8pm (Mon - Fri), and Saturdays and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, both in office and at home.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and make determinations on approval, conditioning, and rejection of retail and lease credit applications.
• Maintain decision call back times at or below established objectives.
• Evaluate and negotiate deals to maintain the quality of purchases within established guidelines.
• Advise management of any problems or irregularities pertaining to financing or violations of TMCC plans.
• Monitor dealer trends and identify and report adverse issues.
• Partner with Credit Investigation as needed.
