About The Position

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related curriculum, preferred.
• 5-10 years collections/credit experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficiency with SAP, and customer service experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Credit investigation of new applications.
• Collection of customer accounts.
• Settlement of payment discrepancies.
• Filing of liens and credit reporting.
• Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and billing issues.
• Review orders for shipment based on account status.
• Adhere to approved credit limits and payment terms.
• Update and maintain credit files and credit limits.
• File notices on jobs as needed.
• Work with outside collection agencies as needed.
