Responsibilities

• Overseeing accurate and consistent financial statement spreads and quarterly trend analyses.
• Preparing quarterly monitoring reports and conducting covenant tests in accordance with bank standards.
• Analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive written analyses.
• Assisting with industry sector reviews and analyzing portfolio credit quality.
• Assisting Portfolio Managers in preparing and presenting credit requests for Credit Approval.
• Maintaining a compliance monitoring and financial statistic database that tracks credit agreement requirements.
