The Credit Analyst Program is designed for individuals looking to kickstart their banking careers through a structured training program that spans five months. This program will provide participants with essential skills in credit risk analysis, general business risk assessment, accounting, corporate finance, cash flow analysis, underwriting, financial modeling, valuation, and business writing. Trainees will also gain exposure to various banking products and develop a comprehensive understanding of portfolio management and the end-to-end underwriting process for credit transactions, particularly focusing on business banking lines. Throughout the program, participants will learn and understand Associated's credit approach and underwriting process, enabling them to analyze financial data effectively. They will begin conducting analyses and underwriting existing and new credit transactions, preparing them to monitor and manage a loan portfolio. The program emphasizes understanding the lending cycle and the diverse range of banking products offered to customers. Participants will also engage in a structured mentorship program, attend networking events with peers and executives, and receive regular feedback to support their personal and professional development. This comprehensive training experience is designed to equip trainees with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in banking.
