What the Credit Analyst Does Most of the Time Approximately 90% of this Credit Analyst role focuses on analyzing and documenting credit information to support sound lending decisions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong financial and credit analysis skills with basic accounting knowledge
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in credit analysis, underwriting, accounting, or commercial lending preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing financial statements, agency reports, and borrower data to assess credit risk
