Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills
  • Experience working with banking and credit software
  • Experience with CRM preferred
  • High initiative and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to organize, prioritize and multi-task
  • Self-starter
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other related field preferred
  • 3-5 years Lending, credit administration, and/or banking experience required
  • NMLS Upon Hire required

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to Relationship Bankers by completing the underwriting and analysis for consumer and less complex commercial loan requests, in addition to client outreach for document collection, coordinating loan application, processing, approvals and closings.
  • Responsible for the general administration and maintenance of the loan portfolio.
  • Monitors past due report, maturing loans, file exceptions, and covenants requirements.
  • Assist with loan closing documentation, client packets, loan renewals, and onboarding of clients.
  • Assists in identifying and securing new lending opportunities for existing clients, and introducing other bank products to help solve client needs.
  • May manage a book of business regarding less complex relationships.
  • Facilitates loan renewals and less complex lending requests.
  • Primarily responsible for maintenance of client relationships, including completion of annual loan reviews.
