About The Position
As assigned, with close direction and guidance, the role involves performing due diligence on new transactions and loan amendments/modifications. The candidate will prepare detailed credit analysis for new loan applications and loan amendments/modifications. Responsibilities also include overseeing covenants compliance, including detailed review and verification of financial covenant reports, and maintaining the tickler and Globalwave database. The position requires completing KYC/AML/OFAC/USA PATRIOT Act due diligence and analysis, assembling the KYC/BSA package, and providing support to portfolio managers, underwriters, and relationship managers. This includes maintaining credit documentation and files in Globalwave, working with the internal support group on deal closing, booking, funding, and ongoing activities during the loan life cycle and account opening. The candidate will also maintain the loan syndication site for Lead Admin agent deals and assist with episodic projects such as internal and external audits, credit policy and procedure reviews. Demonstrating alignment with Bank of Hope core values is essential.
