About The Position
The employee in this position is a working manager with both individual duties and supervisory responsibilities. The incumbent will complete credit offerings for the Bank that includes analysis of financial data in order to determine credit-worthiness and financial position of new and existing clients in the business banking department. The credit administration manager will also coordinate workflow and oversee the performance of credit analysts in the department. The job requires an analytical thinker with accounting expertise, strong mathematical and computer skills. This position also requires knowledge of banking practices, procedures and standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
