The Credentials Coordinator is assigned the primary responsibility of medical staff credentialing activities and all related activities. This includes processing new appointments, and reappointments. Ensure thorough and timely verification of Licensed Independent Practitioner's (LIPs) and Allied Health Professional (AHP) Staff credentialing and privileges according to the medical staff bylaws, credentials policies and procedures, managing ER call schedules, expirable, other related medical staff services functions. Willing and able to travel to multiple worksites.
