We are seeking a Credentialing Verifier PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. As a Credentialing Verifier, you will be responsible for credentialing activities including initial credentialing, re-credentialing and credential modifications.   • Facilitate high quality, timely and accurate credentialing process for healthcare professionals
  • Compile applications for submission to the practitioner
  • Review applications for completeness and take action to correct deficiencies
  • Ensure that all credential files are current and complete
  • Prepare credentialing and re-credentialing applications for process review
  • Understanding of professional telephone etiquette and customer service experience a must
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • At least 1 year of office experience including data entry, typing and computer proficiency
  • Credentialing experience preferred & Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
  • High School graduate or GED. Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
