About The Position

The Credentialing Specialist at Aspen Dental plays a crucial role within the Insurance Operations Team, focusing on the efficient procurement of provider licenses and credentialing documents. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute licensure and credentialing processes for new and existing providers, including obtaining required documentation from third-party sources.
• Maintain regular communication with state board representatives and the Field Management Team.
• Source and maintain up-to-date information regarding state and federal licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Report licensure and credentialing expiration dates and renewal requirements to providers and relevant management teams.
• Collaborate with the enrollment team to ensure proper processing of provider credentials for various dental plans.
• Perform clerical and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
