Requirements

Two year degree in field of human resources or related field
Minimum of four years' credentialing and human resouces related job experience
Valid California driver’s license, current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
Proficient in Windows, MS Office programs and Internet use
Thorough knoledge of correct English grammar, spelling and punctuation

Responsibilities

Administer the credentialing process associated with appointment and reappointment of providers on behalf of VCC ensuring that all credentialing and accreditation processes and procedures re-completed in accordance to established regulatory and program requirement.
Support a wide variety of human resources functions which may include recruitment, benefits, LOA, and safety.
