With competitive pay ranging from $25.60 to $32.00 an hour, you will be rewarded for your dedication and expertise.

Requirements

  • Completion of an Associate's degree, along with 2-5 years of related experience; however, additional experience may substitute for formal education.
  • A Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) credential is required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in healthcare software and databases for tracking applications and maintaining records is necessary.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • A customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

  • Verifying the credentials of healthcare providers
  • Ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate
  • Processing applications
  • Conducting background checks
  • Maintaining updated records in our database
  • Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate credentialing and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Daily communication with healthcare professionals
  • Address inquiries and guide them through the credentialing process
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that may arise
