About The Position

We’re hiring a Credentialing Manager to lead provider credentialing and payer enrollment for Total Primary Care. This role is critical to ensuring providers are credentialed, approved, and billing on time.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of credentialing experience (primary care preferred)
• Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Manage credentialing + recredentialing for MDs, NPs, PAs
• Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
• Maintain CAQH, PECOS, and payer portals
• Track timelines to ensure providers are billing-ready
• Ensure compliance with CMS, NCQA, and regulatory standards
