About The Position

The Credentialing Manager oversees the onboarding and credentialing process, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and client requirements. This role leads credentialing workflows, supports rapid placement timelines, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver compliant, on-time clinician deployments in a fast-paced staffing environment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee the full-cycle onboarding and credentialing process for healthcare professionals across multiple states Ensure compliance with federal, state, Joint Commission, and client-specific credentialing requirements Verify and maintain licenses, certifications, education, employment history, background checks, immunizations, and health screenings Monitor license expirations and compliance deadlines to ensure uninterrupted clinician eligibility Maintain audit-ready credentialing files and documentation at all times Lead, train, and develop credentialing staff, setting performance expectations and productivity goals Assign workloads and prioritize credentialing activities to meet fast-paced placement timelines Partner closely with operations teams to support timely clinician deployments Develop, document, and continuously improve credentialing workflows, policies, and procedures Address credentialing issues, discrepancies, or escalations promptly and professionally

Requirements

  • Experience in quality management with knowledge of the credentialing process, workflow management, and systems proficiency
