About The Position
Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Credentialing. Manages Medical Staff Affairs to promote quality relationships with medical staff and in assisting quality patient care. Performs credentialing responsibilities in an expeditious manner to bring on new physicians and allied health professionals (practitioners).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year comprehensive experience with credentialing required.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of Joint Commission standards.
- Understanding of ACHA, CMS and all other regulatory requirements.
