Requirements

• Proven work experience in Credentialing or relevant training and/or experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintains and communicates status of work progress, and anticipates work production scheduling requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic forms preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently complete assignments with no supervision preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ability to function in a demanding environment by navigating multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively supporting a busy Medical Group.
• This position is responsible for assigned Medical Staff as assigned by Credentialing Supervisor.
• Facilitates all aspects of credentialing including applications, reappointments, proctoring and competencies.
• Interfaces with physicians, management and co-workers in a positive and professional manner.
