Requirements

  • Proven work experience in Credentialing or relevant training and/or experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintains and communicates status of work progress, and anticipates work production scheduling requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic forms.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently complete assignments with no supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to function in a demanding environment by navigating multiple projects simultaneously, and effectively supporting a busy Medical Group.
  • This position is responsible for assigned Medical Staff as assigned by Credentialing Supervisor.
  • Facilitates all aspects of credentialing including applications, reappointments, proctoring and competencies.
  • Interfaces with physicians, management, and co-workers in a positive and professional manner.

  • A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $68,640.00 to $89.107.20 on an annualized basis .
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
