About The Position

The Credentialing Coordinator supports programs in the region by coordinating the data entry of credentialing information in to county systems, providing follow-up with programs and staff on completing documentation and renewals, and provides reporting to support compliance. Shifts Available: Full Time | Days: Monday-Friday | Time: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Expected starting wage range is $30.22 - $37.35. We pay differentials!! Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff (5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Requirements

  • HS or GED and two (2) years’ experience administrative experience in a healthcare setting
  • Demonstrated intermediate level Proficiency in Office tools, including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, tracking multiple data files and providing reports
  • Experience in detail review of documents and highly organized follow-up
  • Excellent customer service skills with internal and external customers
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment
