About The Position

Credentialing Compliance Coordinator Part time (20-25 hours/week), Remote JOB SUMMARY: The Credentialing Compliance Coordinator supports the Vice President of Compliance in maintaining personnel files and required documents for FullBloom. This role is instrumental in partnering with senior leaders across divisions and collaborating with the HR Service Center to ensure compliance with all personnel file requirements. The coordinator provides ongoing education and guidance to business units on compliance-related documentation, supporting the maintenance of credentials and background check compliance.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in credentialing compliance required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with strong initiative in communication and collaboration to meet deadlines.
  • High School Diploma required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in education and/or behavioral health sectors preferred.
  • Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement process improvements; maintain formal documentation for compliance workflows.
  • Collaborate with business process owners organization-wide to address and remediate expired documents.
  • Track, monitor, and report on outstanding items to ensure all remediation deadlines are met; facilitate reliable information sharing with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and process re-credentialing and expiring background checks across multiple business units.
  • Maintain accurate and current provider files and ensure integrity of data within internal databases.
  • Monitor expiring credentials—including licenses, certifications, and background checks—and ensure timely renewals.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with all applicable state and federal credentialing standards.
  • Contribute to the review and update of policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
