Take the lead as a Credentialing Analyst and manage over 100 initial credentialing packets and 400 re-credentialing packets a year. Request verification of previous employment for practitioners and respond to verification requests received. Keep the department up to date by generating monthly reports and ensuring that the distribution of appointment and reappointment documents are on schedule. Be the point of contact for internal and external requesters. May require occasional on-site presence; therefore, should live within a commutable distance. No relocation assistance available.
