Requirements

1+ year experience as a veterinary technician
CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT preferred

Responsibilities

Patient handling and husbandry
Client education and partnership
Surgical and dental nursing, including anesthesia management
Diagnostic management and medication administration
Emergency triage and response
Detailed medical record keeping
Run appointments alongside assistants
You’ll collaborate with veterinarians and nurses across the region, participate in monthly educational events, and use innovative technology — including AI-assisted tools and the Apple Vision Pro — that reduce administrative burden and enhance patient care.

Competitive Pay: $26-$37/hour (based on experience)
Additional Compensation: Up to $8/hour Shift Differential!
Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus
When your clinic exceeds its daily revenue goal, the extra earnings go into a shared bonus pool that is distributed among the team. Team members have earned up to an additional $250/month or more!
