Requirements

  • Love animals (of course) and bring a calm, steady presence.
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with clients and teammates.

  • Jump in to help wherever you’re needed because teamwork just feels right.

Responsibilities

  • Keeping accurate medical records and helping answer client questions
  • Prepping patients for exams and surgeries
  • Administering medications as directed
  • Assisting with lab testing (blood, fecal, urine, etc.)
  • Cleaning and sanitizing surgical tools, kennels, and exam areas
  • Monitoring post-op patients and reporting any changes
  • Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures
  • Helping educate pet parents on meds, treatments, and follow-up care
  • Partnering with DVMs and other staff to provide top-tier care
