About The Position
The Credentialed Trainer for EMR Implementation is responsible for conducting training sessions for clinical and non-clinical end users on Epic Systems applications. This role involves facilitating training in both classroom and practical settings, ensuring that participants gain a thorough understanding of the software, policies, procedures, and workflows. The trainer will also be involved in quality control measures, including proficiency assessments and class evaluations, while contributing to the development and maintenance of training materials. Additionally, the trainer will support the team in assessing technological competencies and will play a key role in aligning training activities with organizational objectives.
