About The Position
PeaceHealth is seeking a Credentialed Trainer - CareConnect for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. This hybrid role requires the incumbent be onsite 2 or less days per week. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $25.49 - $38.18. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Delivers initial and ongoing CareConnect training; both in-person and using remote instructor-led training methodology. Uses best-practice adult learning principles to support quality delivery. Participates in system-wide initiatives that impact CareConnect workflows and supports changes after implementation. Assists instructional designers with the development and testing of curriculum. Provides in-person and remote support to resolve questions and training related help-desk tickets. Rounds in facilities to resolve issues or deliver information. Works with the leadership team to identify strategies for improvement.
